Quinoa Porridge

Quinoa porridge is a great way to start the day. Full of protein, this super healthy grain will give you all the energy you need for the day ahead.
Serves 2+
Ingredients:
- 2 cups pre-soaked quinoa
- 3 cups almond milk
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup dried cranberries or raisins
- 2 tsp. honey
Preparation:
Soak quinoa in cold water (just enough to cover) over night
Procedure:
- 1. Add pre-soaked quinoa to a saucepan along with all other ingredients
- 2. Heat gently until all milk has been absorbed
- 3. Serve
