Traditional Finnish Steam Vs Far -Infrared Saunas

The Zen Traditional Finnish Steam Saunas use electric Finnish stoves to create radiant heat around your body with a temperature range from 65°-90°C and water that is gently poured over the sauna rocks creates steam, which raises overall temperature and humidity.
