Top Three Smoothies

A smoothie is a wonderful way to start the day. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day but if you don't have time in the morning, these quick and easy smoothie recipes are packed full of nutrients and fibre to set you up for the day ahead.
All you need to do is throw all the ingredients in your favourite blender and blend away until smooth. For best results, we recommend the NEW high powered Bio Chef Blender.
Berry Blast
- 1 handful frozen berries
- 1 handful frozen black grapes
- 1 dollop natural yoghurt
- Splash of milk (Soymilk is just as good)
- Squeeze of honey to sweeten
Dairy free avocado smoothie
- 1 handful frozen green grapes
- 1 avocado
- 4 or 5 mint leaves
- ½ cup raw almonds, soaked
- Splash of coconut milk,/
- 2 or 3 ice cubes
Keep It Simple banana smoothie
- 2 frozen bananas (TIP: peel bananas before you freeze them)
- 1 dollop of natural yoghurt
- Sprinkle of nutmeg on the top
