The Byron Bay Pilates Spine Corrector is a solid and comfortable spinal and posture correction block designed to relieve stiffness of the spine, shoulders and hips, restore natural curvature and help improve posture by lengthening and strengthening the torso, shoulders muscles, back, feet and legs.
The anatomic padded high curve supports optimal spine extension and positioning, while the low curve is ideal for leg balancing exercises and pelvis support.
Constructed from A-grade Maple wood with high-density XPE padding and non-slip PU leather upholstery, the Byron Bay Pilates spine corrector provides excellent support and durability with a 150 kg load capacity.
