Shipping and Returns
At Vitality 4 Life, we strive to ensure each and every order is delivered to our customers efficiently and effectively. All orders placed on our Australian website are sent from our Australian warehouse in Byron Bay, NSW.
We are proud to offer FREE shipping Australia wide for all orders over $50, orders under $50 are charged a flat fee of $10. It is just one of the ways we try to help every individual have access to healthy living products. Please note our couriers are unable to deliver to a PO Box and require a full street address and contact phone number for all deliveries. Failure to provide these details may lead to shipping delays.
We are able to deliver to an address without a signature if you authorize "Authority to Leave". Simply check the box 'Authority to Leave' in Checkout along with any instructions for the courier. If "Authority to Leave" is selected and parcel is delivered, we (Vitality 4 Life), hold no responsibility if the parcel is then missing from the shipping address. Selection of "Authority to Leave" is deemed by our couriers as a signature from the recipient.
Please note for large items such as pilates equipment, delivery of these products will be to your front door only, and as these are large items we recommend you have assistance on hand to help you move them inside the premises. If you require further assistance getting the item inside, please let us know and we can source a quote for this service at an additional delivery cost.

As we located in a regional area, please allow a little extra time for delivery. All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment being received. We will always do our best to ensure your order gets to you as quickly as possible.

Tracking your Order
You will receive an email within 48 hours of placing your order with your tracking information. This will include your consignment or tracking number, a link to track the goods and details of the courier company used.

All items listed on www.vitality4life.com.au are for shipping throughout Australia only. However, we have both offices and warehouses globally and most items are generally able to be shipped to most locations (please note RRP prices will vary depending on location). At all times we do our very best to ensure our stock levels are accurate on our store; however in rare circumstances items may become unavailable. In these instances we will contact you immediately and work towards the best possible resolution.
We are so confident that you will love your Vitality 4 Life Approved Product that we offer our customers a 30 day returns policy on all our items. This means if you change your mind you will receive a full refund minus a $20 flat fee return freight charge.
**** Note – the flat rate of $20 return freight charge for change of mind does not apply to larger items including saunas, composters and Pilates equipment. In these cases, we will use our courier to book the return freight back to Vitality 4 Life at commercial freight rates (much cheaper than normal courier or postal rates) and this subsidised charge will be invoiced to you.

We want you to be happy with your investment, so please contact us if for any reason you are not satisfied. In most cases we are able to work with our customers and give them the help and guidance they need to get the most out of their product.
If you would like to arrange a return for a product, please contact us prior to returning the product. We will then issue you with a Return Authorisation Form (RAF). If an item is received back into our warehouse without this form it may be rejected and returned to sender.
If the item you received is damaged or faulty we may ask for photos to be sent through prior to the return; this helps us to quickly work towards the easiest solution and is also passed through to our dispatching/product development teams to improve our procedures and processes.
Please note the cost of shipping products back to our service centre for a warranty claim or return assessment are covered by the customer. Vitality 4 Life will cover the cost of sending out the repaired or replacement product to the customer once the warranty claim request has been resolved.
If you purchase through AfterPay and wish to return your items before your first Afterpay payment is due, you have the option to cancel the entire payment plan which means you pay nothing apart from the $20 change of mind return freight. ***See above for return of larger items. This allows you to try before you buy. If the first payment instalment has already been made when you return the items to us, we can cancel the rest of your payment plan as well as refunding the initial payment you have made. If you have purchased multiple items but only wish to return certain items and keep your favourites this is still fine. We’ll just remove the items you have returned from your Afterpay payment plan. Your original instalment amounts will remain the same and your final payment/s will be less or cancelled depending on the return amount. You can log in to your AfterPay account to view your updated payment schedule at any time.
