Turn the machine onto the Smoothie program and the machine will clean itself. You will then only need to rinse out the dish washing liquid and the blender is clean. While it is not advised to put the blender jug into the dishwasher, it is so quick and easy to clean as per above and the machine virtually washes itself! Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any further questions or queries.Kindest Regards,Vitality 4 Life

Comment on BioChef Living Food Blender Review by Angela Di Marvi

How do we wash the BioChef Living Food blender. Please keep us up to date on how this goes and we'd love some photos. I've just asked our juice guru Brad and he recommends having a BioChef Atlas Juicer which is the 'fastest' cold press juicer and particularly great for fruits AND an Oscar Neo 1000 which is perfect for leafy greens and all other ingredients and can also make fruit sorbets from frozen bananas, berries and mango. After getting feedback from cafe's who want to serve cold press juice, we're told that having these two models is the best combination.Happy juicing and please do stay in touch. The pulp adjustment nozzle allows you to control the pressure inside the juicing chamber WHILE you juice. If you are juicing fibrous ingredients like carrots and also juicing more pulpy ingredients such as oranges, you will get a better result. You would release a bit of pressure for the pulpy ingredients and keep the nozzle in tight for the fibrous ingredients. If you do like pulp in your juice, you can leave the pulp adjustment nozzle out while juicing those more fibrous ingredients. The benefits of juicing is that it gives the body a huge intake of goodness, without the body having to work itself to seperate the insoluable fibre. Using a blending on the other hand retains all the fibre. Blending is particularly good for fruits as the fibre is retained and natural sugars are assimilated. Please let me know if you have any more questions. Cheers to health, Michelle

Comment on Which Juicer Series: Compare Oscar Neo and Hurom 700 by D Friend

Does the "pulp adjustment nozzle" on the Oscar Neo DA 1000 allow you to include more fibre in some juices.
