Quinoa Porridge

Quinoa porridge is a great way to start the day. Full of protein, this super healthy grain will give you all the energy you need for the day ahead.

Serves 2+

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pre-soaked quinoa
  • 3 cups almond milk
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • 2 tsp. honey

Preparation:

Soak quinoa in cold water (just enough to cover) over night

Procedure:

  • 1. Add pre-soaked quinoa to a saucepan along with all other ingredients
  • 2. Heat gently until all milk has been absorbed
  • 3. Serve
